THIRD BRAIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THIRD BRAIN, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF THIRD BRAIN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in the courts of Delaware.

Third Brain may update this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms on the Platform. You agree to be bound by the revised terms by continuing to access or use the Services after the revised terms have been posted.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Third Brain regarding your use of the Services.
